Online bidders must deposit $10,000 by cashiers check or direct wire transfer payable to Harris Real Estate and Auction by 5:00 PM Central Time Wednesday, February 3rd 2010 in order to be approved to bid online. This is required to bid online and there will be no exceptions!
If not a successful bidder funds will be returned via overnight delivery within 3-5 Business Days.
