A 10% buyers premium is in effect for this auction. All items sold "as is, where is" with not guarantee or warranties of any kind. A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM IS IN EFFECT AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BID PRICE. All items are sold as is where is. No warranties or guarantees given or implied. Credit cards on file will be charged when successful bidders are determined at the closing of the auction. No checks unless pre approved by Randy Burdette prior to bidding. No refunds or exchanges. Successful bidder is then responsible for removal of the items by June 4th, 2010. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY JUNE 4TH. NO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE.
