Payment
APN or Auction Payment Network is in place, it is a part of PROXIBID which has change the way in which I charge you for your winning auctions & shipping.
Normally after the auction close I will send invoices, I may or may not at that time place a charge for the items won. But most likely will, I am working towards doing the shipping charge at the same time for ease of record keeping. But for now, most auctions will have two separate invoices sent, one for the items, the other shipping & handling.
I do not charge a service fee to buyers whose credit cards do not process on the first attempt. On the 4th try & there after I will add a $25.00 until payment has been made. Nothing more to say about this, payment is simply expected promptly.
I do appreciate your business, please tell a friend & go to: www.krauseauctioneering.com for all my auctions.

Terms Of Sale
I am not into long terms & conditions that no one reads or understands. However, I am an auctioneer representing items for sellers of used items for the most part.
Everything I sell everything where-is * as-is with no implied warranty or guarantee. I do take a reasonable time to describe the items, but description may or may not describe all aspects of an item. I will however never intentionally mislead, omit anything that may affect the value or final price of an item.
With this being stated, I cannot be held accountable for disputes over condition or other subjective details. I do not except returns, it is impossible to charge back a seller.
With over 40,000 items sold on PROXIBID, there have only been a few problems thus far.
