A buyers fee of 10% for internet buyers will apply to each item. Titles will be transferred to new owners and Fees collected for Wisconsin Buyers in accordance with the rules of the WI dept of Transportation. All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty. All Sales are final. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The items are available to the public for inspection and the catalog is merely a helpful guide. The buyer relies exclusively on his/her PRE-AUCTION INSPECTION. Each lot is sold with ALL faults and defects therein. Auction company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bidders number. The buyer shall take full responsibility and assume all risk of said equipment from the time the auctioneer accepts the final bid from the buyer. The buyer shall have insurance on items as required by law. The buyer shall hold the auction company, auctioneers, and clerks free from any liabilities in the event of theft or disappearance of items purchased. In the event of a dispute in bidding, the auctioneers, decision to settle is final. Auction company will neither be held responsible for accidents, nor errors, deletions, or omissions of any kind relating to the auction. All printed material is subject to change. Minors not allowed on grounds, you must be 18 to enter auction site and all who enter must register with auction company. Registrant is responsible for all in their party. Any individual found tampering with items in the auction will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No credit or adjustment shall be made in any form or amount. Announcements take precedence over catalog descriptions. Owners, Owners Employees are eligible to bid on items in this auction in accordance with bidder and or seller contract. Auctioneers and/or employees may bid on behalf of absentee bidders or itself. Storage Fees apply on all items left after 14 days and may be considered abandoned after 30 days.
