The auctioneer is acting only as the seller’s agent. 7) (15%) Buyer Premium will be added to all purchases unless having had a waiver prior to the auction. 8) Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Refunds should be authorized exclusively thru our auction house and with our approval and consent. 9) Any bidder whose credit card is declined will be charged a $30 processing fee to run an additional credit card. PLEASE USE AN UPDATED CARD OR CALL TO REGISTER ONE WITH US PRIOR TO THE START OF AN AUCTION. 13) All purchases must be paid for, in full, prior to shipping of any items from the auction site. 14) Purchases will be shipped Monday-Saturday and SHIP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
