THEY MAY OR MAY NOT WORK! All items sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no warranty expressed or implied with all faults and blemishes and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Assume pictures are file pictures and not of actual items. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Merchandise is sold "as is where is" with no refunds. All items are available for thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, fitness for any purpose, value or any other determinative factor. The Auction Depot Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall The Auction Depot Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Auction Depot Inc. shall endeavor to describe each item and any pertinent information about it. The Auction Depot Inc. will not be responsible for errors in descriptions. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Announcements on sale day supersede all previous announcements in any media. Buyers Premium:10 % on site, 15% for internet bidders. Statements made the day of sale supercede all printed material. All purchases must be paid for on auction day. Absentee bids will be paid on the day of sale using the charge card on file. Method of payment: cash: cashiers check, local company or personal check approved by auction company, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express The Auctineer and his staff reserve the right to bid on items. Sales tax will be collected from Texas bidders unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us. You must fax your Texas Exemption form to 817-831-0012. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. All items become the property of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "sold". STORAGE FEES: All iems must be removed not later than Wednesday at 6 PM. Items left after that time will be placed into storage at a rate of $10 per day. NOTE; Our employees will cheerfully assist you to load your items after the auction concludes; however, they are not employed by us for this purpose nor are they professional movers. The buyer assumes full responsibility for moving and loading all items.
