BUYERS PREMIUM: An administrative fee of 8% will be added per item to all items $2000.00 & over, and 12% per item on items under $2000.00 w/ a 3% discount for payments by wire transfer. SALES TAX - A 6% Michigan sales tax applies to all purchases, unless you provide our office with a copy of a valid Michigan state tax exemption certificate. A 6% Michigan sales tax applies to all titled items purchased, unless you provide our office with a copy of a valid dealer’s license. Licenses and tax exemption forms can be faxed to 989-539-5686. We will keep these on file for future auctions, until expired. TITLED ITEMS – State of Michigan regulations require that we broker all vehicles sold. A $35.00 title application fee and a $15.00 title transfer fee will be charged per titled item purchased. (Dealers are exempt from the broker fee and title transfer fee if license is on file with our company) We will then process your titles with the Michigan Secretary of State. Darell Dunkle & Associates is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Darell Dunkle & Associates or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Darell Dunkle & Associates will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
