Onsite Buyers Must Pay In Full Auction Day With Cash, Personal Check, Credit Card (3% convience fee will be charged), or Company Check.
All internet purchases must be paid for in 7 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers,Credit Card, or Good Check. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. Wire transfer numbers will be emailed at conclusion of auction. Notification must be made to Auction Company on you are paying.
An authorization will be performed before the auction to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged to your card.
The card on file may be charged twice, once for items purchased and then again for the shipping costs. Any credit cards that are declined will have an addition $25.00 added to the total each time it is declicined. The card will be run at conclusion of auction, and then again when item(s) are packed.
If you plan on paying cash or check please notify us prior to auction ending.
Local pick up is available. Please notify auction company if doing so by end of auction.

All items sold AS-IS, WHERE IS. Lulich Auction & Realty makes no EXPRESSED WARRANTY or GUARANTEE as to equipment sold, There is also no IMPLIED WARRANTY of MERCHANTABILITY and all equipment is SOLD ON AN AS-IS BASIS. All purchases not paid for in 7 days will be charged 3.9% per Month.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Lulich Auction and Realty may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Lulich Auction and Realty be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Juneau County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Lulich Auction adn Realty and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Juneau County, Wisconsin. Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Lulich Auction and Realty shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Lulich Auction and Realty will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
