Rowlands Relics, Ltd. will provide a full refund for any lot involved in a dispute over authenticity, providing said items are returned within twenty-one days of the date of sale, along with a written statement from either Bennett, Berner, Davis, Dickey, Howard, Jackson, Motley, Partain, Rogers or Stermer declining to issue a Certificate of Authenticity. Conversely, if an artifact offered for sale already has a COA from one or more of the above-named Authenticators, the sale shall be considered final. If you do not trust the judgment of any given Authenticator on any given lot, please do not bid on that item. On-site sales shall be considered final. If you attend the sale in person, please avail yourself of the many experienced collectors in attendance for a second or third opinion before you purchase. Please feel free to contact Rowlands Relics, Ltd. for a straightforward consultation regarding any item prior to the day of the sale.
Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
