H.M. Quackenbush .22 caliber single-shot boy’s rifle, blue and nickel finish, standard wood stock, last patent date June 23, 1896, shows 18” barrel, side swing breech block with thumb cocking mechanism. The barrel shows 20-40% original bluedrifting to brown, the breech block shows 50-60% case hardening evenly thinning and toning, barrel shows 90-95% original nickel with some lifting and show-through to the brass. The stock is good with some normal wear to the varnish, nicks, mars,scratches, and normal aging. Action good, generally good overall. Est: $300 - $600
