Buyers must have a current NC pistol permit or concealed carry permit to purchase handguns. Out of NC state buyers, must submit an FFL License info. Fax info directly to 704-663-4561 Guns Must be shipped to a FFL holder/gun dealer. Straw purchasing is illegal and will not be tolerated. Firearms may be picked up one week after the auction in Mooresville, NC 28115. No firearm will be shipped or picked up until money has been deposited into our bank account. Condition of firearms is our opinion. Shipping figures will be figured at end of auction. High bidder to pay for all shipping and handling charges.

1.) Perry Auction Co. Inc. has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold as-is and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds. Ask your questions before bidding!!
2.) All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases. We accept Visa, Discover & MasterCard. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. There is an 18% internet bidding fee added to your total purchase. A $20.00 dollar fee will be added to each Buyer for firearms purchased for FFL License processing fee.
** A $20.00 Surcharge will be charged for each time a credit card is declined.
3.) The auction company through the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service can arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. ALL purchases will be shipped by a professional packer and may result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. WE ARE NOT IN THE SHIPPING BUSINESS! WE USE THE LOCAL UPS STORE FOR ALL PACKING AND SHIPPING!!
4.) If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email.
5.) In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Perry Auction Co. Inc., and the bidder throughout any transactions.
