A great vacation begins with great accommodations! Choose from Phillip’s Palace (4br/3ba), Chip’s Condo (4br/3ba), Minnie’s Mansion (3br/2ba) or Mickey’s Mansion (6br/3.5ba). All vacation homes are not alike! Each of Mickey's Homes are beautifully decorated and furnished with a full amenity package that includes large screen TV's, cable television, game machines, free internet and most feature game rooms. You can indulge yourself in our screen-enclosed heated pools that feature covered dining areas and comfortable cushioned pool furniture. Many of the homes offer in-ground spas or hot tubs. All properties include a king-size bed and private bath in the master bedrooms. Homes are decorated like the private family homes they are - full of warmth and color that provide a cozy feeling - not like barren hotel rooms! Mickey’s Homes are constantly maintained so that you can rest assured your vacation stay experience will be a positive one. A family member is always available to assist you with your stay. When visiting Orlando and Disney World, location is very important! Homes listed with the same city addresses as ours can be over 30 miles from Disney World! These homes are less than 10 minutes from Disney World and most are less than 4 miles- this can save everyone in your party an additional hour per day of travel time - savings that can be priceless! Choice of 4 Homes! Stay up to 7 nights! Based on availability and choice of property. 2016 Blackout dates 3/11—3/31*, 6/30—8/20^, 12/23—1/1/16*. *March & December black out availability can be scheduled within 8 days or less of arrival if available. ^Summer black out availability can be scheduled within 15 days or less of arrival if available. High bidder is required to pay $100 cleaning fee and any other fees based on choice of additional services they choose. Good for one stay only, for consecutive days with a value up to $1500, with additional days available at current rate. Bidder agrees to provide name, address, phone & email to Red Cross and will be contacted directly by home owner to schedule stay. Expiration: 12/31/16. Items will be available for pick up at the Courtyard by Marriott, 1010 Wilkinson Trace, Bowling Green, KY 42103 on December 15th from 10am-6pm. Shipping for this item will be free to the winning bidder in the continental US and will be shipped no later than December 16th if the item has been paid in full. Your credit card was used to allow you to be able to bid in this auction, but we do NOT keep credit cards on file. You will be required to give a credit card over the phone when notified that you are the winning bidder or to pay with check, cash or credit card at the time of pick up. If your item is being delivered, then you will need to pay prior to delivery. All payments must be received on December 14th or 15th. Any check with insufficient funds will be turned over to the Warren County Attorney immediately.
