In most cases, shipping of Firearms and related material will be through USPS unless otherwise requested. • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - International Shipments of Firearms or Related Material must be arranged through YOUR exporter by your arrangement and at your risk & expense. No exceptions. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usability. A bid by any person shall be proof that the person has made him/herself acquainted with the conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. The auctioneer reserves the right to: a) revoke the bidding privileges of any person at any time; b) refuse any bid with a fractional advance over the preceding bid; c) choice, group, add to, withdraw from or change selling order or partial/full lots; d) reopen the bidding in the event of a missed bid. All responsibility on purchased items is passed to the buyer immediately upon award of bid. Please take items of concern immediately to your car or keep it safe.
