Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Olde Mission Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Olde Mission Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxi-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. On lots that have choice, winning internet and absentee bidders are required to take all of the items in that lot times the price (example: lot contains 3 items and an internet bidder wins the first bid at $20.00, the total price is $60.00 plus premiums). All bidding, winning bids, and any other items during the auction are the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
