Del Peterson & Associates will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. TERMS OF SALE: Successful bid winners must contact Del Peterson & Associates within 24 hours after the conclusion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Del Peterson & Associates will notify sellers when we have received payment in full for release of equipment. Failure to comply with these terms will result in buyer “Not to Participate” in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Del Peterson & Associates. Removal of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any items not removed within 2 weeks of conclusion of the auction will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property. Titled Items: Titles for all titled items will be mailed to the buyer via Priority Mail no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type. The auction employs a five- minute extension. Bidding within the last 5 minutes before the closing of a lot will extend the bidding time by an additional 5 minutes. Be prepared to bid accordingly.
