SHEAFFER FOUNTAIN PEN$7.50Overview of Vintage Craftsman Surveyor's Transit In Original Wooden Box
Item Details
Here we have a beautiful Surveyor's Transit manufactured by Sears, Craftsman circa 1920's to 1930's. The Craftsman logo featured on this device is the original Craftsman logo from 1927, the company had changed to its more familiar logo by 1938, so this piece was obviously manufactured sometime within that time period. This unit is made of brass and steel, with some wear and slight oxidation to the metal body. This is a functioning unit, the glass lenses and levels are all working and intact. This transit comes with its original wooden case. The transit has everything you need to affix it to a tripod. Size is approximate 10" x 6" x 4 1/2".
