Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. All items become the property of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "sold." STORAGE FEES: All items must be removed not later than 4 pm two days after the auction. Items left after that time will be placed into storage at a rate of $5 per day per item. ABANDONED ITEMS: Any item left over 30 days from the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and sold for storage charges.
