Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against EMA International Sales & Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction, whether live or online. EMA International Sales & Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Merchandise will not be shipped or available for pickup until payment has cleared. Your credit card will automatically be billed for the selling price at the time of sale, and shipping charges (if applicable) will be added when determined. Washington residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 8.8%, UNLESS we have received a tax-exempt certificate AT THE TIME OF BIDDER REGISTRATION. Arrangements for pickup or shipment must be made by Buyer at his sole cost and expense, and we will make every effort to cooperate with Buyer's shipper.
