Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we will charge actually shipping costs and a packing fee. Hand Guns will require overnight shipping. ALL hand guns and long rifles must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. All guns must be signed for. Before Hash Auctions will ship your purchases, we must have on file a copy of the FFL License for the dealer that the guns are shipped to. Hash Auctions is a FFL Dealer and can provide the background check to customers who wish to PICK UP their long guns from us. Two proper forms of ID will be required. Hand guns can not be given out to NON VIRGINIA residents. They can be shipped to a FFL Dealer. If you have questions about Federal and State Firearm policies, please ask before the auction. We will be glad to assist you with your questions. Any any modern cartridge firearm (made after 1898) must ship to a FFL dealer. Before we can ship we require payment and a signed copy of your local dealers FFL. There are three options for this: 1) You or your dealer can mail us a ink signed copy to the address below. 2) We can accept a scanned and emailed copy (A scanned and emailed FFL works best!!). 3) We can accept a faxed copy of a signed FFL from your dealer. Whether scanned, faxed or mailed; the FFL must be clearly legible and include your name and auction information. If it is not clearly legible, we cannot ship. If we receive a license with no information on who it is for, we will not be able to match it to your auction and ship. Poor license copies and lack of information as to what auction they are for and the main causes of shipping delays. We will only ship firearms to FFL dealers in the 50 United States. We will provide the receiving dealer with a copy of our FFL shipped with the gun. Attention California Residents: The state of California has just instituted a new gun control measure aimed at firearms imported into the state. This new law requires dealers sending a gun to California to obtain written permission for each and every gun before it can be shipped. Your dealer will now have to send us their Federal Firearms License (FFL), plus a copy of the California Firearms Dealers License & California Centralized List Number (CL#). We then have to apply to the state for permission to send the gun to your dealer. Please note these assets are sold one time with non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase. A 16% Buyer’s Premium will be charged in addition for all internet bids. Internet bidders residing in Virginia will pay a 5% state sales tax, unless a tax exempt number is on file with Hash Auctions. We accept MasterCard or Visa as forms of payments. DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! SHIPPING: We will ship what we call smalls, IE: Glassware, collectibles, coins, pictures, etc. using either UPS ground or USPS Priority. Your shipping will be charged separately on your credit card.
