Belgium Double Action Top Break Revolver 6 shot 44-40 Win cal. 6 1/4" barrel, has Pachmayr grips added to frame. Void of original finish, bore has rifling with some roughness. Curio and relic. Serial #872.

At the end of the auction all purchases will be charged to your credit card on file including buyer's premium. A seperate charge will appear for packing and shipping at a later date. Ohio Residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Internet buyers will be charged for entire packaging and shipping costs. Everything is sold "as is" and all sales are final.
Unless we are notified by you 24 hrs after the close of the auction with alternate shipping instructions all items will be shipped by our local UPS shipper. All packing is done according to the UPS packing standards. IMPORTANT: THE COST OF SHIPPING LARGE, HEAVY AND GLASS ITEMS MAY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID AT THE AUCTION. Terms Of Sale
All FFL Licensing Requirements are in effect and will be processed through Westwinds in Wellington, Ohio. A $20.00 FFL processing fee will be charged per buyer (regardless of how many guns are purchased). The handling fee per firearm is $20.00. In addition, the actual shipping and insurance costs will be charged to the buyer. California buyers contact us for special shipping requirements. Canadian buyers must be familiar with Canadian firearms laws and requirements. No refunds will be given for non-shipped items. Do not bid on any firearms if you are unable to pass the FFL check. All shipments to Internet buyers must be to a licensed FFL dealer. A copy of the FFL license must be faxed and must be confirmed prior to shipping.
The total amount of your purchases plus Buyer's Premium will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the auction. Shipping will appear as a seperate charge on your credit card at a later date.
Items sold "as is, where is" and all sales are final. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any printed matter.
18% buyer's premium applies to Internet purchases. Ohio residents pay applicable sales tax.
Due to uncertainties of electronic bidding, a lot may sell to the audience for the same amount as an Internet bidder. The auctioneer's decision shall be binding and final.
All auction results are subject to confirmation by the auction staff at the conclusion of the auction.
The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

Therefore, the only flawless manner to assess the color saturation and detail of any graphic is by personally viewing the subject.
