Two barrel set with a 4 Power Oigee of Berlin Scope. The mount has a lever set and works on both barrels. Optics are excellent but the inside of the scope needs cleaned. The first barrel is 5.3mm x 35 with full length raised rib and open front sight. The serial number on the barrel and on the action is 25530. The bore is excellent but has some erosion. This barrel is marked Boehler-Antinit with crown K.M.G. proof with the nitro 3 gr. proof and is engraved ½” at the breech. Both barrels are rust blued and retain 95% of their finish. The first barrel is 22” long, a sling swivel is attached in front of the forend. The second barrel is 24” long with a raised rib and open front sight. It is marked 5.4 x 35mm. Bore is mint. This second barrel is also engraved like the first. Serial number is 342. Marked Bohler-Antinit with the crown K.M.G. proof and the nitro 3 gr. proof. The lug extension on both barrels is fully engraved. This is a non-ejector rifle with double set triggers. The second barrel also has a swivel mounted in front of the forend. The forend is attached by a spring loaded latch. All the iron is engraved with light scroll. The forend tip is of horn with a small chip missing. Case colored action, about 40% color remaining. This rifle has a cocking indicator. Action has full coverage floral and scroll. This rifle has a tang safety built into the top of the wrist and is an adjustable peep sight. Peep can be raised and lowered and can be sighted under the scope when mounted. The side panels and the panel behind the cheek piece is deep relief carved and has a fully engraved trap butt. Pistol grip is capped with steel, length of pull is 13”. This rifle has extremely fine checkering, about 26 lines to the inch. The butt stock has nicely laid out European walnut with dark marbling.The firing mechanism does not work on this rifle and needs to be addressed by a professional gunsmith. Comes in a leather bound wood case. Overall condition is about 90%.
