The site will be open at 9:00 a.m. for payment and removal. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax of 6% will be applied to all items. DEALERS purchasing for RESALE must provide a copy of their KY Sales And Use Tax Permit, or their states equivalent, along with complete and signed documentation, including proof that they are regularly engaged in the business of selling the type of items purchased, acceptable to the auction company no less than 24 hours prior to the close of the auction. Bidders with any questions concerning the application of sales tax should contact the auction company prior to bidding. The auction company may contact the Kentucky Department of Revenue to confirm the validity of any tax exemptions claimed by Buyer. REMOVAL: Time is of the essence. The deadline for removal of all items is 4:00 p.m. February 28, 2012. The auction site will be open for removal from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on February 22nd, 23rd and 24th. Removal after February 24th will be by appointment only. Any items not removed according to terms will incur removal and storage fees. No items may be removed until the entire auction is completed and payment has been made. All items must be removed in a workman like manner. Buyer is responsible for any damage to the property caused by Buyer or Buyer?s agents. The auctioneer does not provide any loading, moving, delivery or shipping services. Buyer assumes all responsibility and risk for items they have purchased at time of sale and must provide their own labor for moving and loading or contract with an appropriate third party. Any persons operating powered equipment such as, forklifts, etc., must provide a certificate of insurance with minimum coverage of one million dollars naming Tritech Auctions Inc. and Winkle Properties as additional insured.
