Ute Halee has lost it's funding putting this Iconic home for girls in financial distress. This property is being sold to clear the debt. This Auction will be conducted in a ballroom format in the Mildred Scott Wellness Center Building. We will be conducting 2 auction rings each day beginning at 10:00 AM on site. At auction is one of the largest varieties of high quality merchandise that we have ever sold. Items at auction range from E250 vans to pencils and erasers. The product range and variety seem endless as does the facility which is located in the Ponca area with 10 buildings on the campus. Auction previews and pickup schedules will be posted soon as well as a comprehensive list of items at the auction. We will be conducting a 2 ring 2 day auction with live simulcast via Proxibid. More to come.

Payment

All merchandise must be paid in full prior to leaving the auction site. Vehicles will be held until payment clears, unless previous arrangements have been made with the auction company. Your credit card will be billed for the items you purchased immediately upon completion of the auction. Your credit card will be billed separately for the shipping charges once the items have been packed and shipped. If you plan to pay for your items with any other method than the credit card you have registered with on Proxibid, you MUST contact the auction company prior to the auction. Declined Cards will be subject to a $35.00 transaction fee. Items not claimed within 3 days of the auction will be considered abandoned and resold.
