The successful high bidders (Buyers) at every auction are bound by the written terms and conditions as publicized for each sale. A Valid Driver's License or Identification Card is Required to Register to bid at today's auction.
The act of bidding at the sale by anyone will be deemed a representation and warranty to the Seller and Onsite Sales Incorporated that he/she has read and understand the Bidder's Card and Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any amendments and/or attachments, prior to bidding.
All properties are sold "AS-IS" so Buyers should make any and all desired inspections during the viewing hours. Contracts are not contingent on any buyer or lender inspections so Buyers should make any and all desired inspections during the specified viewing hours.
The high bidder for any particular item is responsible for the payment and pickup of the item. All merchandise must be paid in full by the close of the auction on the day of the auction, regardless of pickup date. Merchandise must be paid for in full either by cash or credit card the day of sale. A 12.5% Buyer's Premium will be added onto the final purchase price of all sold items and is to be paid for by the winning bidder.
