All items sold as is where is. No warranties are implied or expressed. All sales are final. All items must be picked up during the designated pick up time. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be resold with the proceeds going to the auction company unless a prior shipping arrangement has been made with the auctioneer. If you are planning on having your items shipped, please don't bid unless Proxibid has a valid phone number on file for you. We are not a shipping company cannot control the rates that the UPS store charges for shipping. If you are having your items shipped, after the auction ends we will contact the number you have on file with proxibid to notify you that we will be dropping your items off at the UPS Store. We will make 2 attempts to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, the items will be placed in storage and you will be charged a $5 per day storage fee. Any item left longer than 30 days will be resold and the proceeds will go to the auction company to pay for storage.
