Auction Company has attempted to describe items in each lot - Silver Lace Auction is NOT responsible for inaccurate descriptions or condition of all items listed on the auction catalog. Bidders are responsible for all bids made. Out of state buyers must pay with credit card or paypal. Items to be shipped will be handled by a shipping company and dropped off after payment is completed. Arrange a pick up date after the auction ends if picking up items in person. Buyers are responsible for loading all items if picking up in person.

Out of state buyers requiring shipping have two payment options: 1) complete payment with a credit card - Auction Company will send buyers an invoice to pay with credit or debit card, 2) buyer can pay through paypal. Please read terms & conditions closely. All bidders are responsible for all bids made. Items must be paid for within the specified time. Silver Lace Auction is for conducting online auctions only. All items are assumed used unless it is stated otherwise. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Silver Lace Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Silver Lace Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items will be charged a 13% buyer's premium for internet bidding. Buyers paying with cash or check in person will receive a 3% discount. Please read all descriptions closely for each lot - shipping will be handled by shipping company for large items and large lots. Auction Company will handle shipping of items that will fit up to a 12x12x8 size box (insurance is required). Larger lots will be handled by a shipping company. Silver Lace Auction Company has no control over shipping charges nor is responsible for items broken during shipping. Out of State buyers are responsible for completing payment either through paypal or by credit card. Auction company sends invoices through the square to be paid - DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS or charge credit cards on file. Items will be carried to shipping company the following week or two after auction closes. They will contact buyers directly for payment. Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes.
