Items must be paid for within the specified time which is usually the two days following close of the auction - sometimes extended to the following week. Items not picked up on days specified will be forfeited and resold or go back to the Estate. Bidders not picking up items may be taken off mailing list and blocked from registering in future estate auctions. Silver Lace Auction is for conducting online auctions only. All items are assumed used unless it is stated otherwise. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Silver Lace Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items will be charged a 10% buyer's premium for internet bidding. Please read all descriptions closely for each lot - shipping is different depending on the item and/or lot of items. Items must be picked up on pick up days unless otherwise stated. Out of State Buyers must either pick up items or pay shipping company to have items shipped - Silver Lace Auction Company has no control over shipping charges nor is responsible for items broken during shipping. Shipping company does charge extra for labor and materials. Out of States buyers must pay by requesting an invoice to be sent through payal for an invoice to be sent to pay with a credit card. A 3% fee will be added onto the final invoice if using payapl or a credit card. SILVER LACE AUCTION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING PAYMENT ON ITEMS WON IN EACH ESTATE AUCTION. Silver Lace Auction has to send an invoice in order for buyers to pay with a credit card. Items will be carried to shipping company the following week or two after auction closes. They will contact buyers for payment directly. Silver Lace Auction only ships lots of jewelry and/or coins. Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes. Silver Lace Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Estate items will be picked up at the Estate site or Auction Gallery depending on location of items (refer to auction details for location). Buyers are responsible for moving furniture, appliances or any other items that might be included in an Estate Auction - Auction staff may not be able to assist in moving items. Be prepared to bring someone to help remove items from either location. Non paying bidders will be reported to proxibid & prevented from registering and bidding in other estate auctions.
