Auction Company has attempted to describe item in each lot - Silver Lace Auction is NOT responsible for inaccurate color descriptions, conditions of all cars listed on the auction catalog, titles or specific item numbers listed. Auction Company does NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. Bidders are responsible for all bids made. Out of state buyers requiring shipping have two payment options: 1) complete payment with a credit card - use the Square to send buyers an invoice or 2) buyer is sent an invoice through paypal. Items will either be shipped flat rate by the Auction Company (three box options) or handled by a shipping company - buyers will pay them directly. Shipping Company will handle larger shipping groups. Picking up items in person - pay with cash or check. Arrange a pick up date after auction ends. There will be no set days for pick up for this particular auction.

Silver Lace Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Silver Lace Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items will be charged a 13% buyer's premium for internet bidding.
Please read all descriptions closely for each lot - shipping will be handled by shipping company for large items and large lots. Auction Company will handle shipping of items that will fit in a flat rate postal box of small, medium or large size only. Silver Lace Auction Company has no control over shipping charges nor is responsible for items broken during shipping.
Out of State buyers are responsible for completing payment either through paypal or by credit card. Auction company sends invoices through the square to be paid - DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Items will be carried to shipping company the following week or two after auction closes. They will contact buyers for payment.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes.
Silver Lace Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers are responsible for moving lots picked up in person. Non paying bidders will be reported to proxibid & prevented from registering and bidding in other estate auctions.
