"Full Pot Fryer - Gas - Floor Model - Pitco Frialator Model # 35C+S - This commercial floor fryer utilizes natural gas for efficient and even heating every time. The design of this natural gas floor fryer makes it highly durable and provides the owner with a reduction in maintenance. The tank is constructed of welded stainless steel with galvanized sides and back. The long, lasting high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The thermostat maintains a temperature between 200 - 400 degrees and the integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve. The temperature limit automatically shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds 450/410 degrees. Pick up Only - NO Shipping on any items in this auction due to the size and type of equipment being sold at Auction. Sales tax will be added to all final invoices.
