Items Sold at Live Auction: Once the auctioneer declares the item sold it becomes the buyers property. It is your responsibility to make arrangements or get the items picked up. There is no security watch for these items. Be sure to make arrangements with auction company if you need us to assist with securing your items.
Any and All Items sold: Lippard Auctioneers Inc will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Lippard Auctioneers Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Vehicles/Trailers/ATV: Any vehicle or trailer sold will come with Bill of Sale or Title. If stated No Title then only Bill of Sale will be transferred to new buyer.
This will usually take a week to 10 business days for this to be sent out by certified mail.
Real Estate: 10% down day of the auction by wire transfer only. Balance will be due within 30 days of auction. There are no contingencies on sales.
Buyer’s Premium: will vary depending on agreement negotiated with sellers. This is addition to the purchase price. Sales Tax is not added on the Buyer’s Premium.
Sales Tax: Tax may apply to the total invoice for all instate buyers unless you have a resale or exemption for OK. All out of state buyers are required to claim all sales in the state they reside in.
