Mandatory 24 hour waiting period on all long guns and be 18 years of age. 3. Mandatory 72 hour waiting period on all handguns and must be 21 years of age. 4. The person who fills out the federal 4473 form is the only person who may pick the firearm up. 5. All federal 4473 paperwork will be filled out at the auction, so please stay around once the guns are all sold. However, they will need the proper federal paperwork before they ship out. 2. Any and all guns have to be shipped to a federally licensed firearm dealer (FFL), no exceptions! 3. Shipping and handling is $30.00 "per" gun plus a $17.00 transfer fee “per” gun paid by the buyers. The guns will be securely shipped and insured for the amount paid at auction. The shipping fees can be mailed right along with the FFL paperwork that Lost Creek Trading Post will need. Once the shipping fees and FFL paperwork is received, Lost Creek Trading Post will ship firearm(s) out the next business day using either the postal service or FedEx.
