The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with grading and shipping if the coin is deemed genuine by the professional grading service. There is an unconditional guarantee, however, against counterfeiting or altered authenticity of any coin, he/she must notify the auction staff before taking possession of the coin, and the said coin will be sent to NCS at the purchaser’s expense. A full refund will be given on any coin found to be in false authenticity by the NCS and the NCS fee will also be refunded by the auction company. Once the coins are in the possession of the purchaser, there are no refunds, or any adjustments made. Any disputes must be handled immediately on the day of the auction. All coins are to be sold to the highest bidder at public auction. The auction staff reserve the right to accept and refuse all bids. All purchases will be shipped via USPS and insured.
