15% Buyer’s premium to be added to the highest bid to establish purchase price. $2,000.00 credit card hold/deposit must be placed on a valid credit card in order to bid on this auction. If you are not the winning bidder the $2,000.00 will be released from your credit card. You must call the KIKO office at 330-453-9187 to complete the bidder registration and place your credit card hold.
Accepted forms of payment are cash or wire transfer within 24 hours of the close of the auction minus the $2,000.00 credit card deposit. All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kiko Auctioneers will not be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Under no circumstance shall bidder have any kind of claim against Kiko Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly. Kiko Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Successful bidders will be contacted with the actual street address for pick up of items. If items are not picked up within the scheduled pickup time, ownership reverts back to the Seller, whom may resell or dispose of items and Buyer will not be refunded. Storage maybe arranged at the buyer’s expense at the current location.
For Tax Exempt Buyers: Fax Tax Exemption Certificate with paddle number and sale name to 330-455-5097 prior to bidding. Otherwise tax will be added to the sale if applicable.
