Successful bidder will be required to submit a deposit in the amount of $25,000.00 by cashier's check or wire transfer by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 13, 2012. Buyer's Premium: A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price. Finalizing The Agreement Of Sale: The highest bidder shall be required immediately upon conclusion of the bidding: A.) To sign a written Agreement of Sale. B.) To submit a $25,000.00 deposit in a cashier's check made payable to WM. F. COMLY & SON, INC or wire transfer. This deposit must be received in Auction Office by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 13, 2012. Successful Bidder shall make application to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board within five (5) business days of the signing of the Agreement of Sale.
