On South Hwy37 as entering/leaving town, turn west on Richards Street beside the DQ drive-thru and immediately turn right on McAllister. Our warehouse is the only thing on the right surrounded by a fence. Entrance is by the park and across the street from the Carroll Green Civic Center.
All bidders must register AND must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to bid.
The auctioneer, at all times, reserves the right to: A) Reject any bid or disqualify any bidder due to financial or other reasons. B) Revoke the bidding privileges of any bidder. C) Bid as agent on behalf of any Absentee Bidder. Absentee bids will be accepted; however, the highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer's absolute discretion.
