This used Toshiba Satelite L655 Laptop was left unclaimed at the airport. It powered on during the wiping process and the operating system has been removed. It comes with no power adapter or accessories.

The above described asset is certified to be owned by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. The asset will be sold as is, where is. There are no returns, guarantees, warranties, or post-sale claims based on working condition. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority reserves the right to withdraw property from auction prior to removal from seller’s premises. The successful bidder (buyer) is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation, rigging, loading and shipping. Seller does not collect taxes, but buyer is responsible for any applicable local, state or federal taxes. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property during or as a result of, the transportation of assets. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The buyer is responsible for the removal of items from seller's premises. There will be a $10.00 handling fee applied to each sold item. If the buyer purchases multiple lots(items) within an auction event, a $10.00 handling fee will be applied for each shipment and not each item. Shipping is provided by Fed-Ex for these items for an additional flat rate fee of $15.00 per shipment. This fee is applies to shipments within the continental United States of America only.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. ITEMS NOT REMOVED DURING THIS PERIOD WILL BE DECLARED AS ABANDONED PROPERTY AND RESOLD.
