PROPER ID REQUIRED (DRIVER’S LICENSE, FFL,) The credit card used during registration will be charged within 48 hrs. following the auction. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are the successful bidder, a copy of your transferring dealer’s FFL must be provided by Fax to Gary Ryther Auctioneers, Inc. 816-580-4205. Guns will shipped be no later than seven (7) days from receipt of FFL documentation. A copy of your FFL license needs to be in our office no later than ten (10) business days from purchase. If documentation does not clear, then gun or guns shall be resold and proceeds from that sale will be refunded minus auctioneers 15% commission andn handling expenses.
