IT IS THE BUYER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THEY CAN LEGALLY PURCHASE ITEMS FROM OUR AUCTION AND IMPORT THEM TO THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. Reloaded ammunition or ammunition not in its original packaging is sold for components only. We DO NOT warrant it for use. Items are sold AS IS and is available for inspection prior to sale during our preview hours. We attempt to describe things to the best of our ability, however; you as a bidder are responsible for verifying age, authenticity and general description. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call us. We do recommend that every firearm is inspected by a license gun smith before use. We are a Federal Firearms licensed dealer. Out of state bidders must provide a signed legible copy of a receiving parties Federal Firearms license to the email provided (lee@pacificauction.com). A bidder number and purchaser name on the Federal Firearms License is required otherwise it will not be accepted/delay shipment. Although email is preferred a fax will be accepted at (303)772-0642 if the FFL is accompanied with a bidder number and full name of buyer. Shipping will happen within two weeks of full payment and receipt of transferred paperwork. A tracking number will be provided via email once items are shipped out. Please make sure that the email will be able to make it through your spam filter before contacting the company about a tracking number. Most shipping will occur by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Vehicle Special Terms of Sale: All vehicles sold as is/where is unless otherwise stated. All applicable Colorado Auto dealers' laws will apply. Unless the vehicle is specifically listed as a no reserve it is being sold with a reserve bid. The reserve may be pulled or adjusted at any time by the consignor. With rare exceptions this reserve price is always at or below NADA/Kelly Blue Book wholesale range. If that reserve is not met the vehicle is still available for purchase. In accordance to Colorado State law all vehicles older than 10 years are exempt from reporting the mileage on the vehicle. Any mileage given during the auction is based on the reading from the odometer which may not be actual mileage. Please be sure to research the vehicle before bidding. All Vehicles are subject to sale before auction unless specifically stated as a No Reserve vehicle. Extra paperwork is required in the selling of a vehicle. Please be prepared with driver?s license information of purchaser of a vehicle to email to rebecca@pacificauction.com so that this paperwork may be completed and mailed to you. This paperwork will need to be completed before a title may be transferred. Some terms to keep in mind while bidding. Tested: The Vehicle has been tested and passed the Colorado Enhanced emission test. A 60 day temporary tag will be provided for this vehicle. Voucher: The vehicle is guaranteed to pass the Colorado enhanced emissions test if you live in a Colorado County where it is required. If you live outside the emissions areas you have the assurance that our inspectors felt the vehicle would pass the test. A temp tag will be provided. Inoperable: No emissions test or 60 day voucher will be provided. Inoperable is considered a tow away vehicle. It is considered unsafe to drive and should be towed or trailered away. All titles will be transferred to the registered bidder. Titles will be "Good" and free of all liens. Branded title (S) vehicles may be sold but will be clearly listed in the catalog as such. You are strongly encouraged to inspect all vehicles before you bid. TITLES- Title will not be available on the day of sale by Colorado state law because all vehicles are consigned. Each title will take up to 30 days to process. You will be called when your title is ready to be picked up. If you prefer, we will mail your title certified for a $10 fee. This paperwork will need to be completed before a title may be transferred. Shipping Terms: Online bidders may pick up items if they would like during pickup times listed below. Please be sure you are aware where your items are located and that you have a receipt. If you purchased a firearm during the auction and would like to pick up your items, please note there will be an additional $10 background check fee. Standard Shipping for Online Bidders: Buyer will pay actual shipping charges plus a handling and packing charge between $5 and $20 based on our time and materials used to ship items. A tracking number will be supplied via email from either USPS, FedEx or UPS. All items will be shipped out within two weeks of the auction date. Shipping charges will entered separately from the initial order. We will attempt to send anything we can using USPS priority mail (sizes, individual box cost and insurance costs are listed below). Larger items will be boxed in appropriate sized boxes and either be sent UPS or FedEx if measured over 17" or exceeds 50lbs. "Glassware": Pacific Auction Companies Shippers will do their best to package these items in the attempt to prevent them from being broken, however the purchaser of these items ships them at their own risk. Pacific Auction Companies will not be held responsible for any damage caused to glassware in transport. "Oversized Items" such as large pieces of furniture (ex: Dining room table) or a Vehicle must have shipping set up by purchaser. We will gladly recommend some freight companies if the purchaser needs assistance. We can also photograph and/or palletize the item if requested before transport arrives. More information on vehicle paperwork etc. provided under the terms of the Auction. Firearms Shipping for Online Bidders: Buyer will pay actual shipping charges plus a packing/handling fee of $15 for the first long gun plus $5 for each additional gun in the same box, and $10 packing/handling fee for the first Handgun plus $5 for each additional lot in the same box. All items ship with Insurance. Buyers must provide a VALID FFL LICENSE to ship any firearm that requires a background check. All firearms will be indicated as FFL (requires a background check), C&R (a Curio and Relic license will be accepted for this firearm) or Non FFL (No background check required) to help you determine if we require an FFL to ship your item. Your FFL MUST HAVE THE PUCHASER NAME AND BIDDER NUMBER ON THE FFL so that we may match your FFL to your to your order. Please email your FFL to lee@pacificauction.com or fax it to 303.772.0642.
