Purchases will be charged to the first credit card you used to register immediately following the auction. If payment is not received within 2 business days of closed auction, all items will be relinquished by customer. Vehicles: All vehicles sold as is/where is unless otherwise stated. All applicable Colorado Auto dealers? laws will apply. Unless the vehicle is specifically listed as a no reserve it is being sold with a reserve bid. With rare exceptions this reserve price is always at or below NADA/Kelly Blue Book wholesale range. If that reserve is not met the vehicle is still available for purchase. In accordance to Colorado State law all vehicles older than 10 years are exempt from reporting the mileage on the vehicle. Any mileage given during the auction is based on the reading from the odometer which may not be actual mileage. Please be sure to research the vehicle before bidding. All Vehicles are subject to sale before auction unless specifically stated as a No Reserve vehicle. Some terms to keep in mind while bidding. Tested: The Vehicle has been tested and passed the Colorado Enhanced emission test. A 60 day temporary tag will be provided for this vehicle. Voucher: The vehicle is guaranteed to pass the Colorado enhanced emissions test if you live in a Colorado County where it is required. If you live outside the emissions areas you have the assurance that our inspectors felt the vehicle would pass the test. A temp tag will be provided. Inoperable: No emissions test or 60 day voucher will be provided. Inoperable is considered a tow away vehicle. It is considered unsafe to drive and should be towed or trailered away. All titles will be transferred to the registered bidder. Titles will be ?Good? and free of all liens. Branded title (S) vehicles may be sold but will be clearly listed in the catalog as such. You are strongly encouraged to inspect all vehicles before you bid. We are open Monday-Saturday 9 am to 6 pm with extended hours until 8 pm on Wednesdays. You are welcome to bring or send a Mechanic or emissary to inspect the vehicles. IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE AUCTION WE NEGOTIATE VEHICLE SALES EVERY DAY, STOP IN! TITLES- Title will not be available on the day of sale by Colorado state law because all vehicles are consigned. Each title will take up to 30 days to process. You will be called when your title is ready to be picked up. If you prefer, we will mail your title certified for a $10 fee. We cannot send a title to a PO Box.
