The team at Castle & Key began to resurrect the historic Old Taylor Distillery in 2014. While the bourbon has not yet been released this is the opportunity for you and seven friends to preview whiskey before it hits the market. Your experience will be led by Brand Ambassador and Blender, Brett Connors, and will include a tour of the historic grounds. Donated by: Castle & Key Highly covered Buffalo Trace bottles! Old Rip Van Winkle 10 wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible. We add just a splash of our Kentucky limestone well-water when we empty the barrels for bottling. Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find. Weller 12 Year is part of the wheated bourbon family, this twelve year old W.L. Weller is aged far longer than most wheated bourbons. This offering is a smooth, easy-going and balanced bourbon with a beautiful deep bronze color.
