Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts payment by wire transfer, cash at pickup, money order or cashier's check. Payment is also accepted by Visa, Master Card, Discover, subject to a 3% surcharge. Check payments must be postmarked by Dec. 8 and wire transfers must be initiated by Dec. 8. (Buyer pays wire transfer fees)
6% PA Sales Tax will be charged on all sales to Pennsylvania buyers or buyers picking up Fogelsville, PA unless you have a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Sales Tax License. No sales tax on shipments out of state.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice by email. Invoices will be emailed within 2 hrs. of the end of the auction.
Currency Type: USDShipping Instructions: Shipping Fee to include packing and handling fee in addition to the US Post Office shipping & insurance charges (required), this will be charged to your credit card as a separate charge from the purchase invoice, you will be emailed the tracking number when shipped.

Just west of Allentown, PA take exit 45B north off of I-78 onto Rt. 100 north for 2 blocks, then left at traffic light one full block and left onto Nursery St. (the street behind Cracker Barrel) (We are just 2 miles west of the Lehigh Valley Exit off of the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike - I-476) We are easily found by GPS or Google Maps or Map Quest.

Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins closing. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4 PM Dec. 18, 2020, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
