You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk. Depending on the availability of our staff there may be some assistance available from us. A forklift is sometimes available upon reasonable request. Measurements in the catalog descriptions are approximate and in this format: Length (right to left), x Width/Depth (front to back) x Height (top to bottom).

PARKING: No customer parking available, park at your own risk. Regular metered street parking can be found all around our block. There is also a large grocery parking lot across the street. There is a small limited loading area (not parking) once customers have checked out and have their lots ready for loading.

Lots will only be released to you or your agent upon presentation of paid receipt, satisfactory identification documentation and a signed release/receipt of pickup.
