Payment & Transfer Process

• All Federal, State and Local Laws apply to the sale of firearms and ammunition. Do Not Bid of firearms or ammunition unless you can own them. If an item is purchased by an individual that can not legally possess the item due to Federal, State, or municipality regulations, payment in full is still required however you will not take possession of the item. In this rare case we will take you on as a consignor for a future auction. Make sure you can purchase and own the items in this auction before bidding on them. • Remember this is an auction and all sales are final. There isn’t any preview or inspection period being offered prior to this auction so factor that into your value determination prior to bidding. We try to list and describe these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts. Take a look at all the pictures of the items we post. • Guns listed as NEW are absolutely brand new, many out of the box for the first time for photography or may have been displayed for public sale. New guns are unfired unless fired at the factory. These may be under factory warranty however that warranty will be between you and the manufacturer if it exists. As the auction company we offer no warranty, neither expressed, written nor implied between us and the buyer. • Local pickups can be paid in cash and is preferred. Local buyers must pay cash for any invoice over $1000. All payments by Credit Card will incur a 3% processing fee. Credit card limit of $1500 applies to this auction, if spending more than this amount other payment methods must be used like ACH or Wire Transfer. Payment In Full is required within 24 hours of the auction ending. For those making ACH payments or wire transfers, make them early the day after the auction so they post to our account in time. An invoice will be sent to all buyers within an hour or two of the auction ending. Your invoice will come from scott.e@auctionsasap.com, check your spam folder if you don’t see it within that time span. If you don’t see it by the following morning, call us directly and we will help address the issue. 502-451-2010 • NON-LOCAL BUYERS: The Credit Card on file with Proxibid will be used unless you notify us ASAP before the auction ends that you wish to pay by other methods. Also, the Credit Card used must be in your name and your authorized to use it. The $1500 credit card limit applies for non-local buyers. Payment of your invoice will be charged following the closing of the auction with-in 24 hours. Shipping Saint will invoice you for the shipping total. This invoice will be sent to your email address and/or phone by text message to notify you. • NON- LOCAL BUYERS PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Credit Cards (MasterCard, Discover, Amex or Visa). Cashiers Check, USPS Money Orders, ACH and Bank-to-Bank wire transfer. A Business or a Personal Check provided with proper ID and Bank Letter of guaranty. Checks will need to be verified and cleared prior to shipping. • SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please realize that numerous buyers will need shipping quotes. Be patient as it takes time to package and process your purchase. Remember also, we need your FFL or your local dealers FFL and information for Shipping Saint to calculate the cost and send the SHIPPING INVOICE to your email account. Once payment for shipment is made by you, we will be notified to complete the process. Allow up to 2 weeks if the FFL information is slow in arriving to us. We are not responsible for items once they leave our location. • OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION: By law, all Ammunition is only be shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground. General cost of a single handgun shipment is $25 +/- Single long guns cost around $40 +/- both are without insurance added. If your item(s) after packing exceed the standard insurance coverage of the carrier, insurance will be added to compensate. A Carriers insurance will only cover the amount paid for any item, not the book value or open market value of an item. Shipping cost to Hawaii or Alaska will be more. • Firearm Transfers: LOCAL BUYERS, we do transfers and NICS checks if required for all purchasers that pickup firearms locally, both long guns and handguns. Out of state buyers: Long guns can be picked up locally by the purchaser however handguns must be shipped to a FFL Dealer that is local/Same State as the purchaser. Remember that NICS checks will be done and there is the possibility of a delay for both instate and out of state purchasers. • PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: We prefer CASH upon Pick-Up. We will accept local checks with proper ID or Cashier’s Check from a local Bank that we recognize. All check types must be verified during regular banking hours. Remember, Credit Cards will incur a 3% Processing Fee. Avoid additional charges or delay issues with local banks by paying with CASH. Have your account ready before the auction begins. • Everything sold is sold “as is, where is” with no warranties expressed, written, or implied including but not limited to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credits given. • We will be charging a buyer’s premium of 15% on all purchases. This fee helps to pay the auction expenses including advertising, packaging and the bidding platform fees charged to the seller. • According to the State of Kentucky, sales tax (6%) must be collected unless you have a valid resale certificate and intend on using your purchase in accordance subject to those conditions of the certificate. • The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client(s) the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person or persons whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels is not in the best interest of the seller. If the auctioneer deems there to be collusion among bidders, the auctioneer may cancel the auction or ban those bidders involved from the sale. • Do your research prior to bidding, know what you are bidding on before you bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be expected to pay in full. If you don’t intend to follow through with payment, please don’t bid. • There are no absentee bids with this sale, only online bids will be accepted. • Some of our staff may be bidding on items that they intend to own. • By signing up for this auction you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
