Shipping Instructions: All of our on-line only auctions are pick up only. if you are a out of state buyer we can recommend a local pack and ship company that will pick up and and pack and ship your smaller purchases. We do not pack or ship in house and we do not charge for shipping when we invoice winning bidders. You will need to contact shipper they will get your payment information. We usually run items to them in groups during the week following auction. Please contact them on Monday following auction or prior to auction closing for estimate of shipping.
Preview Date & Times: Inspection of items will be on Monday August 31st from 10AM-2PM at the Driving Range!
Checkout Date & Times: Removal Dates are September 8th- 10AM-3PM and September 9th-11AM-4PM. Anything left after the second day of removal will be forfeited. NO refunds will be given. All parties removing items will have to sign a hold harmless before removing items.

All property is sold as-is?, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection by appointment. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
