The Auction Co. will not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies and it is our intention to provide the potential buyer the information that pertains to the various items. Any and all announcements made by the Auctioneers take precedence over all printed material and advertising. 2. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the age, genuineness, value condition, or any other determining factors. Bidders who bid away from the auction site and are not present at the preview or at the live auction acknowledge that they may not be able to examine an item as well as if they are in person for the examination. Bidder agrees that everything sells 'as is' in its existing condition and the Bidder may NOT return any item they purchase. 3. When the Auctioneer anounces 'Sold' the item becomes the sole responsibility or the purchaser. Seller or Muirhead Auction Co. will NOT be held responsible for any loss, damage, or descrepancies of any property of buyer once the Auctioneer anounces 'sold'. 4. By bidding on any item the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.
