If your status has not been approved within 14 days of being placed in Open status auctioneer reserves the right to forfeit your right of purchase and payment as damages! ABSENTEE BIDS - are placed on behalf of the bidder by are staff. Your bid would be executed starting at half the maximum absentee bid. Our absentee bids are executed on behalf of the bidder as if you were attending the auction. If an opposing bid happens to fall on your high bid amount you would loose the bid to that opposing bid. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Rock County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Bill Perkins Auction & Realty LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card per these terms and condition that all sales are final with no refunds or returns.
