Payment Instructions: After the auction is completed an email of your purchased items will be sent. Credit cards are required to register with Proxibid. A 5.5% Sales Tax applies to Wisc. Residents only or if items are picked up in Wis. by an out of State buyer . Full payment is required within 3 days upon the conclusion of sale. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit cards or approved personal checks. Any deficient checks or credit cards will be charged $100.00. If there has been no communication from the buyer within 3 days the charge card will be charged the full amount.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, & handling ,removal costs & any associated fees. Buyer is responsible for dismantling, rigging, loading, hauling and relocation. . Please call 608 516 5401 to make specific shipping requests. After shipping charges are determined a second charge will be placed. Once all payments have cleared the items will be sent.

Checkout Date & Times: Pick up and payment can be made by appointment by calling 608 516 5401 or email Lyle@wanlessauctiongroup.com within in 3 days. All items need to be removed in 7 days or will be considered abandoned.

Buyers are buying 'as is' & have the responsibility to determine value, authenticity, fitness & qualitative analysis & take full responsibility & obligation for their assessment of purchases. All sales are w/o warranties, guarantees or representation by the Auction Co. & seller. Removal of items from Wanless Auctions w/o payment, stop or withhold payment or charge back or others acts to prevent payment is contract breach & is considered fraud & theft & non resolution will result in buyer being denied bidding privileges. Wanless Auction Group is indemnified against counterfeit, default of seller, misrepresentation & or condition of items & any & all adjustments & complaints are between buyer & seller.
