All invoices and shipping totals will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Note: We will try to ship everything as early as possible Monday morning so you can have it for Christmas.

If you have questions about shipping, pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid.

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, often 24 or less. We are usually working on invoicing as we package winning bids so that we can have your bids shipped to you quickly with an accurate shipping cost.

Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fee and insurance.

If you choose to pick up your winning bids instead of having them mailed, please contact us through email or phone BEFORE the end of the auction to avoid any accidental charges. Pickup in Lewisburg, PA during store hours is free. Pick-up in Lock Haven during store hours is free. Pickup in Hewitt, NJ is also free. If you are in between or nearby, feel free to contact us for other options. We can deliver for an agreed upon fee.

PA residents will be charged a 6% sales tax unless you send Merchant's Wares a REV-1220 Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate, which we will keep on file for future auctions. OR you can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and PA residents with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax. If Merchant's Wares is shipping to a state other than PA, you will not be charged sales tax.

If you prefer to use your own shipper, you may choose to pick up your items in Lewisburg, PA at Silver Moon Antiques and Consignment Barn, or in Hewitt, NJ or in Lock Haven, PA. Merchant's Wares has several locations and the auctioneer travels regularly between them. Items are shipped from 17837, Lewisburg, PA or nearby. We are often on the road, so response times may vary depending on contact method - If you want an option other than USPS Priority Mail for shipping, we appreciate it if you would contact Merchant's Wares before the auction, even if you are unsure if you will win an item.

All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. We're going to do our very best to get everything in the mail to you on Monday so you will likely have it for Christmas. Drop offs in Lewisburg will be Wednesday. PLEASE make sure your Proxibid payment information is correct or it may cause a delay in shipping. If you prefer faster shipping than Priority, please contact us before the end of the auction.

A selection of lots are available for preview in Lewisburg, PA. Online bidders who do not inspect the items must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as they might inspect an item in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. There is NO live portion of this auction, but we do offer a gallery space for inspection when possible. You may also choose to pick up your winning bids in Lewisburg during store hours, in Lock Haven, PA during store hours, or in Hewitt, NJ by appointment.
