YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email if you desire additional photos or description.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases within 24 hours of the end of sale. After 72 hours post-sale and three processing attempts, declined credit card holders will be additionally charged a re-listing fee of $50 or 20% of the balance due, whichever is greater. Checks are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.
After receiving notification that your bid was the winning bid at auction, you have three (3) days to pay for the item(s). Payment must be received no later than 4 PM Eastern time (ET) on the third day. If payment is not received by 4 PM ET on the third business day after the sale, the winning bidder will be charged a penalty of $50 or 2% of the vehicles purchase price, whichever is greater.
WIRE TRANSFERS: Instructions to be provided to winning bidders. It is critically important to check with the bank for exact transfer costs before submitting payment, as each bank will take its fees from the transfer, which may result in Auctioneer receiving less than full payment for the vehicle. Failure to pay the full sale price within three business days will result in penalties and unnecessary delay. Lastly, send an emailed copy of the bank receipt and the invoice in order to verify the payment and approve the removal of the item(s).
ONLINE BUYERS: For invoices $5,000, the winning bidder will be charged 10% of the total invoice or $2,500, whichever is greater, immediately following the sale to secure the bid. This deposit is non-refundable. Winning bidder must notify us within 24 hours following the sale for method of payment for the balance due. Funds paid by wire transfer or mailed check must be processed or postmarked the day following the sale.
TITLED VEHICLES: Seller shall deliver to the Buyer clear title on all vehicles unless specifically announced otherwise. Title will be delivered to the Buyer once funds have cleared. Buyer will be required to pay the balance in cash, credit card, check, or wire transfer. Personal/business checks are acceptable forms of payment for onsite buyers with a Bank Letter of Guaranty.
SHIPPING OR PICKUP: Payment in full with a valid receipt is required before removal of any items from the property. Pickup in person for any item is welcomed. If you wish to arrange pickup for yourself or a third party, please contact us within 24 hours following the sale. Otherwise, items will be delivered to The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, within 3-4 days following the auction. Non-titled lots will be shipped through The UPS Store at buyer expense. Any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store should be directed to them [570-839-8010]. The UPS Store is pleased to provide an estimate of the shipping cost at your request. The UPS Store will contact winning bidders directly a few days following the sale for delivery timing and payment. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes expensive, and we have no control over prices charged for these services. Pickup in-person is necessary for select items; just contact us to make arrangements. For buyer protection, agent must show ID and proof of purchase receipt prior to pickup. All items must be removed within 5 days of the auction, or by Friday, May 20 at 4 PM ET.

1973 Cadillac Sedan DeVille

Get ready to wow them on Main Street or the open road. This is a whale of an automobile! Powered by a 472 cubic inch motor with 80,000+miles, this boat is ready to sail with power.
This Caddy comes with power everything.
Power options we noticed that was not working was the antenna and radio. The radio lights but no sound.
As of this writing, of this all other electric options worked, however, this cannot be guaranteed day of auction or upon delivery.
Interior is clean with blue leather seats. White top is in very good condition.
No smoke or odd noises made while running as you can see in video here.
Has dual exhaust to perform and sounds great. No known issues on this one.

1967 Chevy 300 Deluxe Station Wagon

This garage find is great; you do not see many of these.
According to the estate, it has a 262 cubic inch Monza engine in it currently. The original motor is onsite and will be included in this lot.
The MONZA ENGINE IS NOW RUNNING!. This is a restoration project car but solid garage kept and not an easy one to find.
Will include original motor.
3 speed on the tree. Tailgate window went up and down perfectly with hand crank.

Almost 50 years old! Ready to be discovered and brought back to original greatness. Will need new brake job, brakes very weak. Solid Car.

This needs a total restoration to get her show-ready. Motor does not crank and the floor boards are terrible. Driver side door will not close.
Too nice to scrap. Could make for a good parts car as well.

This beauty is road-ready and has made many interstate runs to car shows. Get in and go with this one.
According to the estate, it has a 400 small block bored to 406 with a 5 speed S-10 transmission with Hurst shift.
Mileage unknown as engine replaced. Includes Be Cool Aluminum radiator and MSD ignition.
Finished in resale red, she looks fast just idling. Garage kept, clean and no known issues. Interior is in excellent condition, and has been redone.

Also includes two motorcycle wheel chocks and railing to strap down your bikes. This is a high-quality trailer, ready to use for your motorcycles or just about any other enclosed and protected hauling need. 13' x 7' (measuring from V-nose).
Includes two chrome wheel chocks and straps. Only issues we noticed were cosmetic, as shown: a dent to the diamond plate front and white scuff marks on the gate, nothing terrible though.
