Payment Instructions: Pop! Culture Connection LLC will send an invoice inclusive of shipping within several hours - 1 days of auction end. We charge the customer payment method on file with Proxibid. Please be sure your payment method on file is up to date, valid, and funds are available. Any declined payments will be assessed a $25 re-charge fee. If a response is not received and or payment not made within 2 days of being contacted by Pop CC regarding a declined payment, an invoice review will be submitted to Proxibid. We reserve the right to hold all items and or refuse shipment if payment is not made in full and or declined payment fee is not payed for declined payments. We ship within 3-5 days of auction end and invoices being sent via USPS and FedEx. We do not ship Sunday or Mondays. Fedex shipments will not ship until Tuesday of the following week if an auction ends Thursday prior. We will not make arrangements to use personal shipping accounts with other carriers. We do not use UPS.Tracking information is provided on a case by case basis or if requested by the buyer. Tracking information and updates can be provided during regular business hours, Tuesday-Saturday 11-6 Eastern. A handling / material fee of $2.00 will be assessed to all invoices. We ship using the best possible packing supplies on hand at the time. Bubble wrap, peanuts, heavy duty boxes, and more to ensure your items arrive safe. All returns must be per-authorized by Pop! Culture Connection LLC. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs an must provide tracking information. If items are shipped without prior authorization, the package will be returned to the sender and no refund issued. Items are sold as is. We will however work with the buyer on a case by case basis if an item arrives damaged or not working. Insurance is included with most shipments. If items are damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the respective shipping company. We do not offer partial refunds. If you have reviewed our return policy and are planning on returning an item please note that the buyer is responsible for all packing and shipping costs. You may send by any service that you wish. We are not responsible for any lost returns in transit coming from buyer/sender. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will typically return phone calls and emails within a day of receiving them during regular business hours, Tuesday-Saturday 11-6 Eastern.

Shipping Instructions: We ship via USPS Priority and Parcel Select and Fed-Ex Ground. We do not use UPS and will not make special arrangements to use personal shipping accounts. Typically all items ship within 3-5 days of auction end. We do not ship Sunday or Mondays. Fedex shipments will not ship until Tuesday of the following week if an auction ends Thursday prior. WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING FROM AUCTIONS. ONCE AN AUCTION ENDS, payment is collected, items are shipped, and the auction is closed. Auctions ending within several days of each other are separate transactions for the bidder. We will not combine shipping or payment. Insurance is provided with all USPS Priority shipments up to $50. If you wish to insure your order for additional value you must contact us no later than 12 hrs after auction end. Unless a buyer requests additional coverage, all items are packed, shipped, and tracked as is. If items arrive damaged or are lost we are not responsible and will not issue partial credits or refunds.
Preview Date & Times: Items for sale in the auction typically cannot be viewed before auction end. We will however, if you are local or wish to make a substantial purchase, make arrangements to view most all items if it is possible.
Checkout Date & Times: An invoice will be sent inclusive of shipping within several hours - 1 day of auction end. If you are picking up your items please notify us before auction end time. All pickups can be made 2+ days after the auction end.

Driving Directions: Online Only. If you need directions to pick up items won in auction please contact us during regular business hours, Tuesday-Saturday 11-6 Eastern.

Special Terms

A one time $25 re-charge fee will be assessed to all declined payments. Bidders whose payment is declined and no contact is made with the auction house within 7 days, items will be relisted and sold by other means. The bidder is still responsible for the $25 declined payment fee. Bidders will not be held to pay for items won if they are not available. Bidders who refuse to settle a declined payment fee will not receive their product and will be placed on a blocked bidder list. Proxibid will be notified that the bidder has not settled payment with the auction house. If we are contacted prior to auction end or same day as auction end, payment may be delayed no more than 4 days of auction end. We will agree to hold items for pickup for a maximum of 7 days. Longer storage must be pre-approved. Any items not picked up by bidder within 14 days of auction end without prior contact, will be re-listed and or sold by other means. A $25 storage fee will be assessed after 14 days and charged to the card on file with Proxibid. A refund will not be issued for items not picked up. These items after 14 days are considered 'abandoned.'
